14 Ranger, 4800 miles/600hrs??

Found a 14 Ranger 900 XP EPS
with 4800mi/600hrs. Asking price is $8900

Im not worried about the unit itself, more so a motor with that many hours. Id hate to drop $9000 on something then have to rebuild a motor soon.

What do yall think? Offer a lower price? Stay away from it?

My personal opinion- it's going to depend on how it was treated in it's life. But 4800 miles and 600 hours on the engine is getting there.. so I would look up the KBB value then cut a third off that then make an offer. I know everything Polaris is high-dollar these days...I have been looking at some 900 and 1000 RzRs and can't believe what they still want for them...even after 4-5 years.

A cow farmer owned it, traded it in on a 1000.

So I'm assuming it was used to run all over his farm.
