Prairie 700 Wheel Spacer Question

Being very new to the ATV scene (as in first quad ever) I am restoring a 2004 Kawasaki Prairie 700 4x4. I know I overpaid for it and have now sunk money into missing parts and replacing worn out and damaged parts but I want it right. Still love the machine and very happy with it. My question comes to the wheel adapters that someone installed. Wheels and tires are nice but the adapters seem very sketchy to me. Has anyone seen this type and am I okay on using them or should I look into something a little more sturdy. They are 2 1/2". Thanks for your thoughts!

This is only my opinion I could be right!

OMG those were sold a long time ago and all were removed due to broken hubs and studs over time. GET RID of them. ebay has lots to choose from and try to stay 2"s and less.

Thank you very much! I thought they looked hokey for what they are required to do. Just another thing that needs to be changed out. Overall great bike but someone did some really stupid mods and it is a slow process of correcting.

This is only my opinion I could be right!
