I know I did not pay 150.00 for the kit that I bought, as for pulling them down every few years if they need to be replaced at least I will not be out any money. The kit you are talking about has a 2 year warranty so if it goes bad after 2 years you have to buy another kit. I am just thinking differently

Ok I went back and looked and their price is $130 for just uppers and $170 for both top and bottom PLUS shipping. The kujo kits have been out for 3 yrs and not one set has been returned. If you want to know my honest opinion is TC jumped on the bus and copied kujo and but used a lower quality material and design by not having a steel insert. I have no proof of this just my opinion on the deal.

Does anyone have a photo of a complete set offered by TC? I know lots of people with Kujo's kits and not one has yet to wear enough to replace even after thousands of miles. That's a hard record to beat.

Kujo is a Canadian!!!

And yes, awsome product. 1 year and counting on mine and went through 3 sets of OEM's each year before that.

Is it best to replace the bushings before or after the stock bushings fail? Wondering if it's easier to remove them when they are worn out. Also, are the grease zerks self tapping?

You will have to drill a hole for the zerks.

I would recommend changing them when they start getting movement in them. If you wait to long then you run the possibility of ruining the a arm or egging out the frame holes from movement.

Now which way is best is a toss up

I'd just wait until the OEM's fail, no sense in replacing a good part!

I disagree, if you wait till you notice the movement, you've probably waited too long and the holes in the a arm mounts on the frame are probably wallowed out. I've seen this on quite a few brutes.

But if you do wait, just make sure you keep a good eye on it and catch it early.

Yes, if they are that bad, I'd replace early. But if there is no play, let em be!

Update: we are working on lower front A-arm and rear knuckle kits. I do not know when or if I will get anything ready but I am working on it as funds allow.

If anybody has a broken knuckle laying around then let me know as it will be useful in getting this started and that much closer to being in production.

Thanks,
B&C Racing

I would assume if the lower and rear kits become available the peeps that previously bought the front uppers would get some kind of discount for brand loyalty
