sorry for the delay... was out at work for the last week (camp job)

I spun a rod bearing and there is metal fragments in the oil pan so I was thinking of replacing the ball bearing that is pressed onto the crank before installation into the cases. I don't have access to a press or to the crank bearing installation tools so I was seeing if you could press the bearing on for me before shipment. If not, i can just heat the bearing and chill the crank but I would prefer to have it pressed on to the proper depth without having to pull and redo the heat a few times

I can get you the one that goes in the right side case but the one that goes in on the left I cant get as they don't sell it separately from the cases. The guy that puts together all of my motors said it would be best to press that bearing into the cases first and then put the crank in it. There was a real good how to on here on rebuilding the brute from the crank up. Not sure if its still on here or not.

Boy has prices went up since I last put together some kits.

For the crank, both rod assemblies with all the hardware, the 3 sets of rod bushings, head and base gaskets, and the bushing that goes in the right side of crank case the price is $820 shipped. I could possibly price match some other sites. That price is from the first site I went to to get a baseline on pricing. That bearing is $73 by itself

I am needing a rebuild kit as well now. I have a 2012 750. dealer quoted me $960 with tax for crank, rods, rod bushings, rings, and gasket kit.

is your price still $860? is that oem parts? would it be worth going big bore?

Sorry for reviving the old thread again.
