They're waterproof and sealed. The brute in the video was a temporary setup just for demonstration purposes on top of your box is fine it doesent need any further waterproofing

just an idea for anyone else thinking of grabbing one of these, if you remove the small toolbag that comes with the quad, that rubber strap will hold the module in nicely, might throw another zip-tie around it to be safe but I find its a good spot, had to extend my rad relocation and snorkel wires due to how I ran it down the side of my quad. I chose this spot so I could wire my snorkel and rad relocation leds to under the seat, that way I can get at them easily when I put the plastics back on and set up the underbody kit, also looks cleaner having it all hidden under the seat in my opinion.

Having them on solid at night increases visibility around your ride a lot. Technical trails or whenever you need to see around your bike they help a lot.

The strobe and fade module don't really do anything to help you see better but they serve the same purpose as strobes on the front rack or elsewhere on the bike. Just a bit different and to set your ride apart from others.

I have a white 900. After a case of beer it starts to look a lot like all the other ones lol
