Recently snorkeled went and tested, got to carbs in water and the first time I went through it cut out really bad and the second time it actually shut off under water I’m wondering what all vents there are and if it’s just the cold water, runs fine after I get out of water. but I see people do it in cold water all the time lol, thanks

There is an atmospheric vent from each that connects to a white plastic piece in front of the air box with a hole in it. That hole needs to be tapped-up and the single line that come off it needs to be run up one snorkel side. Here is a pic of mine tapped up.

No. That's the air box right? So the big open one is the crank case vent, that little one is an oil collector tube that supposed to have a long tube with a plug on the end, and that other big one, the one that has the hose on now next to the collector is for the duckbill. That's a water escape. Do you need a service manual? It would answer all these questions. Here's what that looks like:
