05 brute wont start bike stalled this past weekend front of bike was high rear of seat under water, bike is snorkled and no water any where pulle dplugs nothing. So i get the bike home start checking it out got fuel,spark check compression seemed low front about25 psi and rear was 0, so at this point it makes no sense so i checked the valves found intake valves had tightened up readjusted all valves try to start nothing but check compression now about 30 in front and 35 in rear still have spark and fuel any suggestions would be appreciated.

Stuck choke, Dirty Carbs, Wet electrical connections under seat... Just a few that come to mind right off..

You said snorkeled, are all your vent lines snorkeled as well?

The Kawasaki manual states that the Brute needs 36 to 66 psi of compression to run. I think 36 may even be too low. You probably have some seized rings. You can try oiling them but putting some in through the spark plug holes but you will probably need to put a new set of rings in it.
