2002 KVF / Prairie 650
This has me stumped!
I acquired this thing with the fuel gauge not working but everything else is.
I found the blue wire on the fuel pump connector cut, the blue wire is the fuel gauge so, problem solved? Nope.
With the blue wire connected the display doesn't work and the neutral light flashes.
I checked the display as per the maintenance manual and it is functioning properly but I replaced it anyway - still the same problem.

I pinned out the wires from the fuel level sensor and they both pin out good all the way to the display.
Any wizardry I can apply to this would be appreciated!

I made a fuel gauge tester for polaris. Used 2 resistors. oOne was full resistance and one was empty. Plug them in one at a time. If the gauge reads properly it's the sender. If not it's between there and the gauge. The resistor can be placed anywhere in that line all the way up to the gauge.
