Runs fine until 3/4 to WOT, once it hits about 50-60 MPH it starts to die down, almost like its not getting enough gas, anything?

That just happens to be up in the range of the RPM limiter. Maybe she has a warn enough belt that the speed just came down some.
It is not, it's completely stock, besides a moose power module which was installed by the previous owner
Possibly, it starts to pick itself back up afterwards though.

Check all the normal stuff like fuel supply and pressure, water in the bowls,battery and coil voltage, pulse coil resistance, valve lash and compression. Also check for corrosion on the connections under the fuse box and function of the gas tank vent check valve.
