GMTruckClub has been around for awhile. It's ok but nothing special.
Any good GM forums? Looking at '14 GM Sierra Slt
I googled but the ones I found were pretty crappy.
Trying to do some research on the '14 GMC Sierra Z71 SLT. 5.3L
I drove one today. Very comfortable & plush. VERY quiet inside. Felt a little sluggish but I never got on it (didn't want to scare female salesperson). I guess I'm just not use to the electronic acceleration deal.
I'm mostly concerned about towing with it. I've heard a few concerns about them. Not pulling anything real heavy just my bass boat.

Ya that sounds about right. I have found some good info for my '08 1500 there.
check out the silveradosierra forum.

I keep hearing mixed reviews about towing with them. Most of the complaints though have come from chevy owners, not GMC. Even though they should mechanically be the same truck.
One if the problems I hear is when you have it in tow/haul mode it searches for gears sometimes. So people are saying just leave it off. But then your trying to tow & the trucks gonna be trying to drop to 4cyl and, that's gonna suck towing a boat.
So I dunno. I don't tow it that often but... When I do I don't want any trouble.
