I did this at the shop today, only took about 30 mins , 2 2'' 45's off of air box.......,2'' to 1 3/4'' reducer......., 22''of pipe, ......1 3/4 ''90 up .......,3''of pipe,.......1 3/4'' 90 to the center......,4'' of pipe,.......1 3/4 90 up through plastics in center:bigok:MIMB style:rockn:

Just curious, Why the scale down in pipe size also?

Runs fine, scaled down the pipe to clear the jug ,plus its only a 350 LOL

Tested only by sealing off the intake and choking it down . They will test it for me LOL, I figured if I tested it ,I would break it

Anyone done this on a 400 big bear yet?

Ill be doing this on a 2004 400 bb. what size pvc do i need and what size jetting do u think ill need to swap out? trying to do some research before i go at it thanks

i have a timerwolf 250 4wd, is it close to the same setup as the big bear?

If you use 1 1/2 inch pipe you will have to rejet it. You can put a reducer on the end of it an not rejet.
