E-Ton 250 carb help

Does someone have the e-Ton 250 carb diagram?

It was gunked up from sitting in a garage for two years, I carb dipped it and cleaned every passage, but it does not want to run smoothly, seems like the air fuel mix screw has no bearing on it, won't idle, backfires sometimes, won't run long enough to get it into gear, won't start if it is in gear, has to be in neutral, I can hold throttle wide open and after a few seconds (10 or so) it will die, choke seems not to have any affect, or maybe a Little.

I have Berryman's chem dipped it five time now, thinking it is some gunk still in there somewhere, but now I am thinking I didn't put something back right each time, or don't have the vacuum lines on right.
