I was kind of thinking making a thread of all the stuff on my bike and reviews of the modifications on it and such since it's not going to fit in my signature anymore. Maybe a section where everybody could do that or even a section for everybody's media where they could post there own videos and pics for each person since so many people have there own channels now.

 

A Product Review section is a good idea. I'll put it on the list.

We already have member gallerys... each member can load photos into his/her own gallery, plus, there's the Media section, been there since day one...... Dont know what more you could want there.

maybe some sort of "anything goes" section? - A few forums I'm on have one, it's set so that you have to ask and be approved to view it that way if you don't want to see dirty jokes/etc it doesn't show even on the homepage overview.

Some of us southern folk get a little wild from time to time and it seems now-a-days we often end up with pics/etc to show it. - be cool to have a place to post them w/o hurting the "family" oreintation of the board.

 

^^ good idea as well. This isn't a new thread idea but you could make all of the sub threads in the brands more accessible or noticeable. I find them easily passable and usually end up posting in the general brand because i missed the sub category, but some font sizes and little separations would fix that. Also to make things a little bit "Cleaner" you could split the buy/trade so there separate. As far as ATV oriented sections then I think we have pretty much all of them.

*The Sub Formus (i.e. How To's) arent for posting new threads in anyway. If you have a new question that requires a new thread, it should always be posted in the main brand section anyway. The how-to's are for write ups and video's only. Obviously if you have a question related to that how-to it's perfectly fine to reply to that thread and ask.

*The problem with splitting the F/S section is 99.99% of the time, people will say F/S or Trade, not many of them are straight up Trade's. So then people would post duplicate threads across 2 sections and that just wont work. Not really a need for a Trade section.

One thing to remember here, is that the more sections we add, the more work there is for the mods... and anytime I add a new mod to help keep up some people all go to complaining b/c you think wth we need another mod for? So yeah...... lol gotta look at it from my shoes here.

:33: yeah, I need to do something about that. Maybe in a month or two when I figure out a new job, as mine is not going to exist here in the near future.

 

True, still think the sub sections links should be a tad bigger though . I think we got most of them and practically all of them for ATV's. There could be a "tech" section for computers/phones/technology/helmet cams related because it seems it gets talked about a lot. Im just throwing ideas cause u asked but I think im out now.

 

Well keep throwing them out there everyone. Might be one pop up we havent thought about yet.

 

What about a how-to sub-cat for the SxS Playground? But make it specific t the SxS's. If the mod also crosses over, ( like alot do between BF and REX) Leave it in the Kawie thread.

 

Yeah I'll make one there once some get built up, right now there are only a few so I just made them stickies.
