Take the primary off. Lay it on a table and take the spider plate off and remove the primary spring. Do the sheaves fall all the way closed? If not, your clutch has spun on the crank and over tightened itself. You'll have to have it rebuilt.
Have a question. I have a stock 07 650 brute force( v- twin. Looking to do a little clutch work. Everything is stock right now. About a year ago I put a moose belt on. I just put 27" executioners tires on. Also just brought a 60 inch moose blade. Looking into what springs I should try to work with. Not so much worried about top end speed. Was thinking about green for the secondary. But not sure...
