i did this, turned out very nice:p by the way guys thats 1.5 inch abs piping. u will have to rejet , you cant get away with it on this bike, i ran my intakes different tho.
Definitely doing this soon after sucking water and mud into my cvt. How did you run your Intakes different? Looking for a few ideas before i tear into it.
how does it do with dem 30s??
how does it do with dem 30s??
my buddy is running 30" mudlights on his 360 with all stock clutching and belt... it turns them pretty good
Can someone explain how he did the intakes? There are 2 inlets on the box but I only see 1 snorkle coming off. Did he use a "Y" to connect both into 1? Im trying to get together the supplies to do it and need to know. thanks
can you post a pic of the inlets you are talking about?
Well I made a mistake, i looked at them a little closer and the top one goes to the carb. Does that one need to stay the same or should i put some better couplers on there that seal it better?
I would just make sure it seals really good to the box and carb.. wouldn't hurt to put some silicone on it or something...

you swap put the factory snork coming OFF the airbox. with the gas tank plastic removed, its on the right side of the gas tank.

here's a pic of its location

you wont swap the pipe that is between the airbox and the carb. just make sure the hose clamps on it are tight.

here's a pic showing the pipe you need to replace (shown this time from the left side of the bike)

Yea I figured it out, i guess when i looked at it the first time it was in the shadow and i didnt look good enough. I might put some better clamps on it for security. Everything else doesnt seem to hard. Im gonna wait until I put a pipe on and jet it, then snorkle it. I will try to document it with a parts list.
looks good, that is a sharp lookin 360
I made this sticky, not sure why I hadnt yet.
would a 4 way connector and run one pipe out the top work or does it need 3 separate pipe?
hmmmm... interesting and tempting!!! Are yall's air box lid loose too or just mine... it seems like it doesnt seal good????? im assuming water will get in there...

If in doubt about your lid, run a bead of silicone around it.... My brute lid fits a little loose even with the gasket in place so I removed the gasket and siliconed it. Only thing that sucks about it is having to break the seal when you want/need to get in the airbox. Otherwise, its good insurance.
Im in the process of doing this as we speak, i will have some detailed pics of it and parts list.

Ok as promised here is mine i just did. I copied the best i could from the pictures above, and had to wing the rest of it. I took a little bit better detailed pics so yall can get an idea of how to do it and the parts you need.

And with the plastic back on and comepletely finished with new vent lines...
