Not yet...lol, there was a coupler that was pretty much touching so i put some exhaust heat wrap around it. The only other part thats close is the pipe that goes beside the head, it did fine riding it pretty hard in 100degree weather this weekend. Probably going to wrap it later just to be on the safe side.

This is what i could remember, I was able to get away with using 1 10' stick of pipe.

10- hard 90's
3- hard 45's
2- hard street 45's
1- rubber 90
1- 1 1/2" to 2" coupling
1- 10' stick of 1 1/2" pipe

1 1/2" piping is already a tight fit and a pain in the ***, 2" would be more of a problem.

What I got from the pictures is the same exepct I only noticed 9 90's. I'll be doing this tommorow so I'll give some more pictures and a good parts list. I really am doing two of them at the same time mine (03) and buddys (09) so it should help with most peoples. Thanks for your input darkstar great help.

I got all my snorks on but when I ran the vents up to the pod but missed a rather important one. Carb overflow is the one i forgot. So when I went to test it it stalled and I had to get winched out. Everything is fine but I realized what happened so now I can fix it. Just so I know what else is there to vent in case I missed anything else. Thanks guys.

I understand all of these pictures and how toos but I do have one question. I have a prairie 400 that appears to have two belt exhausts coming out. Can I just plug one of the up and run the other way up to the front? Would this cause any problems?

Thanks for any tips!

Ive never seen any with 2 exhausts.... should be one intake, one exhaust.

Actually he is correct the 300 and 400 praries have 3 stock openings on the CVT. One 1.5" in the front lower area for the intake and two in the back for exhaust. The two exhaust Ports are different sizes. One is a 2" while the other is 1.5". I capped off the smaller one to maximize air flow. I've done two different bikes like this and never had any issues. CVT ran cool and belt never gave issues even when running a set of 28" s/w laws.

Ok as promised here is mine i just did. I copied the best i could from the pictures above, and had to wing the rest of it. I took a little bit better detailed pics so yall can get an idea of how to do it and the parts you need.

And with the plastic back on and comepletely finished with new vent lines...

Feel free to ask any questions if you have any...

Question guys? I done my p360 like this a year ago. and was wondering I seen where most everyone says they had to re-jet? I never rejetted mine and it seems to run fine to me. What will rejetting do to mine?

Thanks

^ if it is running like it should then theres no point in rejetting it. If it hesitates, spits/sputters, etc then you should rejet....then it will deliver the best performance.

1 1/2 fits the rubber connectors perfectly.. but i guess you could use a reducer. not sure about restrictions though.
