Missing breather or something? 08 brute force 750

I recent bought an 08 brute force 750 4x4 and on the right side of motor under the seat you can see an open hole on the transmission next to where the shifter connects to the motor. It allowed a ton of water into my motor and hydrolocked it. It is not un hydolocked and is smoking like a mother. I still need to do an oil change but i want to figure out what is supposed to be connected to it.:34:

Sounds like your describing the crank case vent
There should be a rubber hose that connects to it an runs up to a fitting on the air box

Yea i went to my nearest kawi dealer and we found out what it was. I have milky oil spewing out if that nipple and my bikes oil light is now on.... Im at a loss
It will take several oil changes an filters to get all the water out
I try to keep 5gallons of cheap oil an around 6 filters for such occasions
Some may not agree with this but I use diesel fuel in the crank case to clean the water out.
Never tried diesel
Wouldn't want to start the engine with diesel in it maybe just a flush then start with oil I always pull the spark plugs an motor it over the first time then start letting it run for about 30 seconds an continue changing the oil an Letting it run a little longer as the oil clears up
I've heard of others using it to flush the motor, but as RMax said, make sure you get it all out before trying to start.

Well i changed oil about 3-4 times now. Ran a little bit of seafoam in oil to clear some of the water up. But ive been having a problem where the crank case is spewing out the new oil into the air box and its gonna mess something up. Is there a reason its spewing out oil? It runs fine but this is bothering me. Also the left side of my motor has like cracks on the block thats pushing out oil. They were never there. Any ideas on crank case?
Can you post pics as far as oil in breather it's idem caused by long wheelies are wide open runs if your not doing any of these would suggest a leak down test to see if compression is bypassing the rings

Before the breather was not there it would spew milky oil from when i swamped it and hydro locked it. I cant post pictures at the moment. But the whole air box is covered in new oil idk how its pushing all that oil up through that tube.
Over filled?
Over filled?
No. It idled and i ran it a little for about half hour i came back from a lil ride to find my air box covered in oil. It did it idling giving it a little throttle in neutral it spit some threw the hose before i initially connected it to the airbox from never having it. I connected it then idled more and took it out for a spin feels like loss of power and opened air box and found the oil.
