Guys - I've been searching for three days on the proper procedure for adjusting the clutch on my Suzuki EIGER. My daughter rode on the trails in 4th gear for about an hour and half. She would only change when we completely stopped. She would start in 1st and proceed to 4th. Then she would stay there - even on slow turns and hills etc. I recall one very slow part oft he trail where we had to cross water and go up a large incline - She should have been in 2nd/3rd (switching back and forth) the entire distance. She stayed in 4th.
So now the clutch is slipping. I've heard of an adjustment screw - Anyone know where it is? And the procedure to follow once I locate it?
I had a service manual - it was lost when the hard drive crashed.
