I have clear title in hand. Please read all of the following:
Description: 2005 Kawasaki Prairie 700 with Brute force 650 plastics, rack, and bumper recently installed. They are a direct fit bolt – on. Not much more than maybe 10 hours on bike since much of the restoration work. All parts and work were done to increase the reliability and performance of the machine. No shortcut was taken.

ATV has the following:
1. Digital coolant temp gauge
2. The Lithium Ion Optima battery
3. New adjustable steering stabilizer
4. New spark plugs(Custom made spark plugs from Torque Master Spark Plugs), boots, wires
5. $2000. Clutches - new primary and secondary clutch with aftermarket springs, weights, titanium hardware, and updated part number belt. Sheave angles were also cut by Interstate Motorsports and all hardware was balanced to the 1/10th of a gram. New Dalton clutch cover plate was also installed.
6. New rear swing arm includes: drive shaft, breaks, bearings, seals, Pro-armor skid plate, service cap, brake actuator lever, side brace plates)
7. New Differential Housing
8. New (adjustable) Durablue X-33 axle and hubs. This is the strongest axle made
9. New front differential seals, and front knuckle bearings
10. Fly handle bars
11. ODI grips
12. New rims installed last year.
13. New light weight foot brake lever
14. New Motion Pro throttle
15. Muzzy stainless steel exhaust with an O2 bung welded in for tune work that was completed.
16. Twin-air airfilter
17. Fresh valve adjustment 5 hours ago
18. Jetted to 12.5 afr with Kiehin oem jets
19. UPP carburetor cross overs
20. KFX 700 CVT cover with KEBC removed
21. Pingo cleanable fuel filter
22. Custom made dash by ATV Trickstuff LLC
23. Front strut brace made by Mike Penland
24. Foot peg extensions made by Mike Penland
25. Elka rear shock with external reservoir and new bracketry (Over $1,200 in suspension front and rear)
26. Front struts with external reservoirs to include Elka front spring kit and bump stops.
27. Dynatek CDI with a faraday cage for protection against RFI
28. New coolant thermostat
29. New (grease able) steering stem bearing assembly
30. New stainless steel Allen head carburetor bowl hardware to permit the changing of jets with carburetor installed
31. New balanced generator bolt cup, spacer, and titanium bolt.
32. Misc. stainless, titanium, and aluminum hardware where practical for weight reduction and corrosion resistance
33. Magnetic engine oil drain plug
34. Custom decals
35. New seat
36. PCV oil diffuser / filter
37. New Sgroi Innovations 4x4 module
38. Pirelli Mudweiser 27” tires
39. Pen lock front differential lock button
40. Prototype design steering stabilizer clamps (none were available for this model machine before)
41. Stainless steel heavy-duty tie rods and ball ends installed last year.
42. 1” wheel spacers in front
43. New re-wired Yamaha left switch housing. Reverse over-ride removed
44. Louvered left exhaust shield with heat deflection tape on inside
45. Manual fan switch and breaker (just in-case of automatic thermostat switch failure)
46. TRP high volume water pump impeller
47. Honda swing arm pivot bearing back dust caps to keep out water etc. They are a direct fit.
48. New Ricochet aluminum front A-arm guards powder coated black

The ATV will also come with:
1. An operators manual
2. Maintenance manual and related documents
3. Fresh oil change all the way around
4. Any relevant parts for tuning
5. Any left over oil and fluids used in the machine
6. Serviceable OEM CDI module to keep as a spare
7. Whatever else I can come up with that I find.

Dam that is a clean a** bike man. Good luck with the sale who ever gets this thing is one lucky guy.
