Spongy brake pedal

My truck is a custom build and he ran the brake lines higher than the master cylinder. Once it gets air in there, it is a bear to get it out of the high spots. I'm thinking of putting a three way splitter at the high point with a cap on it and bleeding breaks from there. Any suggestions on other ways to bleed them?
