i usually get my oil filters from napa. you should be able to get it from auto zone as well. most everyone is going with the HID headlights. you can get the kit for somewhere around 50 bucks. mine got water in it and blew one of the bulbs also and when i was installing the hids i found there was a crack in it. prolly from a tree or something i ran over at one time. haha. i just put epoxy on it and its fine now. prolly the same with yours.

headlights are Kaw parts only, unless you switch to HID's..

bruiser quad beat me to the link for the cross reference for the oil filters. I run purolator/powerflow(same company) 14610's. I also run Rotella 15w40 for oil with no problems. From my understanding it's most important to use ATV specific oil in four wheelers that have internal clutches because of the additives in the oil interfering with the clutches. Brutes have external clutches so it really doesn't apply to them. Someone correct me if i'm wrong though.

that's generally true, sir.
Our atvs have a shared sump design (engine and tranny share same oil)
For this reason, a high quality oil that can withstand the 2 very different conditions is required for longevity of the engine. That rotella oil you run is worshipped by many so it should service you well.
